Shipping

We currently ship all products from our warehouse in Brick, NJ. We ship your orders Monday through Friday (except holidays) and try to turn around orders in less than 2 days.

Returns

Items purchased from Erie Canal Books & Gifts can be returned within 30 days of order date. RISK-FREE. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30-days of the original purchase date for a FULL refund. There’s only ONE condition: Please tell us the main reason you weren’t happy with the product, so we have a chance to make it better. If the return is a result of our error, we'll pay the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you pay for the return shipping costs.
